DC Water Wizards

Please be sure to complete and submit your entries for the March 7 long axis swim meet by the deadline. Entries are due no later than Friday, February 21. The meet will feature all freestyle and backstroke events, and 100- and 200-yard freestyle relays.

The entry form is attached below for your use. You may complete the form online, save it, and email it to enter the meet. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Click on the link to the form.
2. Right click on the form that appears on the screen.
3. Click “Save as”
4. Save the document on your computer. (You may add your name to the file name.)
5. Open the newly save document from the location where you stored it.
6. Complete the form fully.
7. Save the completed form.
8. Open your email.
9. Create a new message to “rmccoy@capaccess.org”
10. Attach the completed form to the email.
11. Click “Send”
